Yesterday's match, Argentina vs Germany.
The bloody referee was so biased! I mean, come on!! It was clearly a penalty but he gave a YELLOW card... to ARGENTINA!!!! Watdefaq!!!
Argh! And the penalty shoot out was just so pathetic... How on earth could the goal keeper just miss all those shots?? And how could THEY miss all those shots??
Sunday, 3AM - Brazil vs France
This is the match I've been waiting for! They meet once again. Brazil will win.
Definately!
I think it'll be a good match.
* Brazil players are young, fast and energetic, but they need work with their defence.
* France players are old. That's their only downside. They've been playing at the World Cup longer than most Brazilians. Advantage?
All I know is that Brazil MUST win and they WILL. [teehee.]
They have to! That way, I'll be the one gloating and not Mr FedEx!
Anyway, yesterdays match [Arg-Ger] sucked big time!!

wiPeeeee!!!


Mr FedEx came to office today. He was so cheery! He came in and immediately made my day. He actually asked me if I watched soccer last night! I think it was my hair. HAHA!

So I found out her supports France. And I told him I support Brazil. And then we started talking about soccer. [sempat...]

So I told him that I support Brazil but there's a high chance Germany will win. He told me that he supports France but think that Brazil will win. [hmm...]

Then we just had small talk, said we'll see each other again, waved and said goodbye. He apparently had one more delivery next door.And so he continued standing at the lift landing and was going through his basket of goodies. Finally he had to go and as he entered the lift, as usual, he waved his final goodbye. But today was different! As he walked into the lift...

His basket of goodies slid of his trolley! [confirm paisey!]


So to save him from embarassment, I looked away.


Then Yun, my security guard friend, told me they spoke downstairs. She told me that when she saw him they spoke.

"Dah naik?"
"Dah..."
"Dah singgah?"
"Dah..."
"Dah jumpa?"
"DAH!!"

SWEET!!

Oh ya, and just as Mr FedEx stepped into the lift, Khai msg me. [I love you]


I was pissed at him last night cos he woke up at 9pm, after sleeping since 6AM! And after the match at 11pm ended, he went back to sleep! He wasn't even excited when I told him about the interview on Wednesday!


Some boyfriend he is!

[wakakaka!! who would have thought, that today at 9.57am, I would get a call that would change my life completely?!]
so here's the story...
Last week my mom saw an ad in the papers for Reservations Support Representative from Adecco... So she called me up and told me to try out for the post. I was thinking, "hmm, should I?" But I did anyway.. took me about 10 min to register and blah, blah, blah... Totally thinking that I wouldn't hear from them.. I did!! Today!! At 9.57AM! And you know what?! It's for the coolest company.........
NORTHWEST AIRLINES!!!!!!!!!
So I'll be going for the interview on Wednesday... Please pray that I get picked!! I've really been waiting to get a chance to work for an airline!! I can't believe that I got the call!!
I had to take some online assessment test as well... Was quite cool. I think I can.... oh, i dun wane jinx it! Oh!!!!!
I can't wait for Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!

haiz... and i thot that with khai ord' it wld be fun... more time to spend with him.. in the end, he jus keeps sleeping.. and sleeping.. and sleeping... and... zZzZzZ....

BORING.

so i'm still looking for a better paying job, but have yet to received any phonecalls.. i guess i'm asking for too much money... i mean, i only have a DIPLOMA... watdefaq?!

today's my aunt's b'day and we had lunch at some north indian restaurant at riverwalk. it was a buffet, and i had 3 [yes THREE] gulab jamuns! woohoo! [for those of you who do not know what that is, i'm sure you can look it up on the internet. but in two words... HONEY+MILK.] anway, back to the story. my nephews are adorable! especially Matthew [Martin's kid]. but seems that his mom, my cousin's bimbo of a wife, is spoiling him and making him as rude and idiotic as her! haha!

my cousin's bimbo of a wife was actually quite ok before, but i guess cos she's young she doesn't know what the hell she's doing and is constantly aggravating my cousin.

haiz, with the situation of my cousins on my dad's side, it makes everyone think twice about getting married. and it's horrible that they are constantly asking me to think, and re-think, and RE-think about getting married! argh! i know that i'm young and they most prob think that i'm naive at what not, but i think that i know what i'm doin.

i've known khai for almost 2 years now. compared to my cousins who only knew their wive's for less than a year before getting married. of course you won't be able to know that person enough in such a short time. and i KNOW i'm young.. but i also know that i've lived my teenage life all the way. i've done things that i think my parents only knew about AFTER they got married and started spreading their wings. i guess they dun want me to regret getting married.

that should will never happen.

the only reason, i feel, that causes all the problems in marriages are:

  1. money
  2. children
  3. understanding

it's either you don't have them, you have to much, or you can't have them.

but shouldnt you have discussed and thought of all that before getting married? khai n i have gone through all sorts on scenarios and we have agreed on almost all of the actions we plan to do if such a situation occurs. shouldnt people do that? it's quite logical. you cant possibly discuss all these after marriage cos by then it'll be too late to back out. and it'll take up too much energy to start changing only then as it might not work out.


so you see, i may be young but experience and history has thought me well.

i learn from others and i understand more than anyone knows.

so don't judge me if you cant judge yourself.
